In only two known instances, "Legacy Scale" figures appeared in the Marvel Legends line. Goliath is a repainted Giant Man figure that appeared in The Avengers 5 pack box set. The Ant Man and the Wasp figures were also released in that box set but appear here as unique repaints. Ant Man comes in metallic blues and blacks with more details in the face, while the Wasp removed the color that was previously on her belt. Additional figures in Goliath Marvel Legends assortment included Elektra, Punisher, Beast, and Gambit, but none of these figures were "Legacy Scale".
Dr. Octopus was reissued in a Marvel Legends box set called "Spider-Man vs. Sinister 6". Additional figures in the box included Black Cat, Electro, Green Goblin, Kraven, Spider-Man, and Venom. Dr. Octopus does come with a unique figure stand not previously released.
