When a lab accident causes Spider-Man to take on the physical traits of a spider, Peter Parker grows additional arms, transforming him into the six-armed Spider-Man! Spider-Man knows he can't lead a normal life with six arms. And realizing the danger of additional mutation, Spider-Man contacts genetic expert Dr. Curt Connors for help. A treatment de-signed [sic] to remove the mutation and give Spider-Man back his original form goes awry when a power surge causes Connors' equipment to overload and explode leaving the Lizard in Connors place, and Spider-Man transformed once more!
