Not for children under 3 years." in the top right corner (on the front) and a wide white rectangle below the UPC (on the back). This rectangle has the updated manufacturing year of 1996. For Mr. Sinister, the front of his card removed "THE UNCANNY" from the line title.

The assortment number is pulled from the code of the K.B. Toys price tag that figures from this assortment all shared.
